We pride ourselves on being a collective of specialists — former in-house communicators, plus those with classic PR, marketing and journalism backgrounds — who are passionate about what we do and strategic in how we do it.

We aren’t just PR professionals but marketing communications counselors. Let us introduce you to the full force of DGC and help your organization shine in the spotlight!

With his experience as both an investment banker and practicing advertising executive, he is a successful entrepreneur and a desired board member, helping companies maximize their potential. Jordan led the transformation of DraftWorldwide (a unit of Interpublic, NYSE) into the leading integrated global marketing agency as President and COO. He served as Chairman of MRY (formerly Mr Youth), an award-winning social media marketing agency, from its start-up phase through the sale to LBI (Publicis, NYSE) in 2011 and later became Executive Chairman of Upshot, a leading promotion and shopper marketing agency until it was sold to Advantage Sales & Marketing in 2016. Jordan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Decoded Advertising, incubating it with his son Matt, CEO. Decoded has grown to over 280 people between NY and LA and recently merged with S4 Capital to take advantage of its global presence. He’s also a partner in Roaring Fork Broadcasting, a leading radio station group in Aspen Colorado and an investor in a variety of companies in marketing and ad-tech, consumer goods, and real estate. A life-long advisor to many of the industry’s greats and a serial entrepreneur, Jordan serves on a variety of boards and advises companies on growth strategies and maximizing shareholder value. He currently advises Penn State on marketing strategies and serves on the Board of the Bellisario College of Communications where he recently endowed a fellowship, as well as the College of Information Sciences and Technology, where he endowed their first graduate fellowship.

Mary Churchill is the Grand Dame of Madison Avenue public relations, having decades of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant helping agencies extend their visibility and reach. A former award-winning business journalist -- most notably with the New York Times -- Mary moved into a C-suite corporate communications role at JWT before founding her own public relations firm. During this time, Mary became one of Samantha Digennaro's greatest mentors, eventually coming to work at DGC after closing her own agency. Mary continues to counsel brands on communications best practices and agency operations, while supporting the arts as a Board of Directors for Urban Stages. She helps produce Off Broadway plays and conducts outreach programming for free theater access in libraries and schools.

Steve Farella is a media agency veteran, consultant and entrepreneur. He is well versed at the operations of integrated advertising agencies, holding companies and global media agency networks — and is part of a group of executives that launched the “unbundling” of agency media operations into standalone agencies. After selling Jordan, McGrath Case and Partners to Euro RSCG he founded (what is now) Havas Media and became its President/CEO. In three short years, the agency grew to $3 billion in billings from leading national advertisers. He then left to launch his own agency with Audrey Siegel — TargetCast tcm — which became the fastest growing independent media agency. Ten years later he sold TargetCast tcm (now called Assembly Global) to MDC Partners, now called Stagwell Global. Today Steve runs VFL Investments and Advisory where he and his partners search, back and bring to market tech start-ups that serve the advertising, media and marketing businesses. Steve supports startups through Sinecure.ai and his investment in and board work at MyTelescope. He is a partner at Puris & Partners working with advertising veteran Martin Puris to bring excellence to today’s creative process. Over the years, they’ve backed and brought to market several companies specializing in creative development, media management, influencer marking and more. In addition, he is a lifetime guitarist and collector, having played since he was 15 years old. His collections include guitars once owned and played by Les Paul, Carlos Santana, Davie Jones, Walter Becker and Ringo Starr.  Steve has dedicated over 30 years to helping people with muscle disease by working with and serving on the board of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Jon Bond is a well known thought leader and entrepreneur in the advertising and marketing industry, renowned for shaping the landscape through the development of innovative companies and groundbreaking marketing concepts. Bond originally co-founded Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners (KBP) when he was 29 years old, where he served as the CEO. Under his leadership, KBP became the first modern multi-disciplinary agency, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. Currently, he serves as the CoChairman at The Shipyard (a full-service agency), and is the Founder and Chief Tomorroist at TOMORRO/(a value accelerator), and the co-founder of Evolve (a nonpartisan gun safety and responsibility group). Bond's influence extends beyond his business ventures, including having written a book titled, “Under the Radar,” and he is a captivating speaker who is represented by The Guild Group.
