Kendra is a strong agency and client leader with more than 15 years of integrated marketing experience in strategic public relations, marketing communications and event planning. In her senior role at DGC, Kendra built and leads the agency’s employee training program while supporting business development and client strategy. She has played an integral role at the agency in developing best practices in account management, social media implementation and team empowerment.
In her work for clients over the years, Kendra has executed successful B2B and B2C campaigns for McDonald’s, Dole, Sunkist, Hass Avocado Board as well as companies in the technology, media, healthcare, automotive and travel sectors.
Before joining DGC, Kendra was an integral team member at RLM Public Relations in New York, where she managed technology clients in the social media, mobile, education, video and gaming spaces. She was known for scoring major press hits that helped raise brand awareness and client visibility.
Before building her career in New York, Kendra was a creative/account supervisor with Southern California-based Integrated MarketingWorks, where she developed and implemented award-winning creative programs for such clients as the California Avocado Commission and DENSO Sales California. Kendra kicked off her communications career on the corporate side, producing trade and consumer motorcycle shows for Advanstar Communications.
Kendra earned a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and an MFA in Creative Writing at Chapman University in Orange, California. She is currently an M.S. student in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching at the University of Texas, Dallas.
